We raise grass fed beef and lamb on our regenerative farm North of Clovis, NM. We dryland crop and graze cover crops in order to feed our grass-fed Charolais, Angus and hereford cross cattle. We are GAP 4 certified for the humane treatment of our livestock and growing practices. Currently we have a Spring and Fall processing and are selling beef by the box. We have been in business 4 years and our first commercial processing date is mid March, beef will be available the beginning of April. More info coming soon!
