With the full CSA, you get 15-20 pounds of meat. We select from Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken, and Elk so your family can enjoy a variety throughout the month.
We require a 3-month minimum subscription to start although we recommend at least a 6-month subscription to ensure you get to try a full seasonal selection of the delicious meat we offer.
