It works like this: pre-buy $300 for a small or $500 for a large share and save 5% or 10% on your dairy and poultry foods. Each week we'll send you an email listing the products available for that week. Select the ones you'd like and they will be boxed and ready for you to pick up at your location. And you'll get more food for your money ($315 or $550 value)

The CSA is flexible to your needs -going away for the week, then don't order anything. Having some family over then get extra. You receive only the food you want AND the weeks you want it.
