Kitts Creek Farm

We are a small, family owned and operated farm, located at the tip of Mathews County. While we are small, we have taken on the large task of transforming a dilapidated, large scale egg farm from the 1960's. We have re-purposed much of what was left behind to begin the process of creating a sustainable farm with the goal of creating a mostly closed system. We will offer a variety of products and hope make our place one where we can transfer what we have learned through our experience. While we are still growing our farm, we are ambitious. We aim to offer rabbits, both as pets and meat. We have two types of ducks one for meat and one for eggs. We will offer chicken eggs in Spring of 2015. We will also be offering two types of earthworms and meal-worms soon as well. Also, we will be selling blackberries and a variety of vegetables. Eventually, all e have built will serve to support a small brewery.
