Kleoppel Meats began by processing deer on our kitchen table, and soon grew from the demand for our snack sticks, summer sausage, and jerky. In 2007 we were operating in an 1800 sq. ft. facility near Centerview Mo. In November 2010, after years of praying and looking for a larger facility, Kleoppel Meats LLC purchased Alma's Farm Fresh Meats and moved all operations to Alma. We now produce all the famous recipes from both companies. We are a full service, USDA inspected, meat processing facility. All the livestock we process come from local farms. We slaughter and process beef, pork, lamb, goat, elk, bison, rabbit, and process deer. We are the only processor in Missouri to process rabbits under USDA inspection. Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Rabbit is available in our retail store, along with over 25 varieties of Wisconsin cheeses, farm fresh organic eggs, and our own line of spices.
