Vrooman Ranch - Grass-fed and finished beef

Welcome to Vrooman Ranch! I run a family-ranch that raises grass-fed and finished beef and pasture-raised chicken, lamb, and goat. We practice regenerative farming and raise our products without hormones, antibiotics, and vaccines. We service the DFW area, offering home delivery on orders over $125 and we have several pickup locations available at our ranch, Frisco, and the central DFW area.

Some of our practices include moving our cattle up to four times a day to optimize grazing and giving our pastures chances to regrow, rotating our livestock, making a "compost tea" to give nutrients back to our soil and create nutrient-rich soil and feed for our livestock, and giving ACV daily in water.
