THANK YOU ALL!! After 15 years in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, Knapp's Bees LLC moved to Lakewood, Colorado 7th July, 2024.

Not just a business, but rather a passion!

No antibiotics or chemical miticides are used and honey is only gravity strained . . . never heated. Organic honey beekeeping practices tightly practiced.

The apiary started with just one hive in 2010 and we now have 30. We sell-out every year and honey is packaged according to customer requirements.

Bees worked with heart, honey harvested with care and quality assured. Honey from Knapp's Bees is NOT a 'box-store' product, nor repackaged from any other source.

Please, DO NOT kill honey bees in buildings, containers or trees!

Knapp's Bees also provides on-site swarm and hive removals (structures, containers and trees) within the greater Lakewood, Colorado area.

UPDATE: August 2025 Majority of the calls we get this time of year are for yellow jackets, bald faced hornets and a host of other NON-Honey Bee species.  WE ONLY DO HONEY BEES.   Bee careful with your exterminators, as we have found some that do not the difference between species of insects.
