CSA: Knifong Family Farms

From the first of June through mid October, we will harvest your share on the day that you will pick it up to insure the freshest and best quality of produce. In June, we will start with a variety of lettuces, peas pods, kale, spinach, radishes and other cool weather crops like cabbage and broccoli. In July, we will expand the selection of veggies as the summer season progresses to include beans, beets, carrots, cauliflower, peppers, summer squash, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, tomatillas, basil, cilantro and parsley. Late summer and fall we will add corn, several varieties of winter squash, pumpkins and potatoes.
