Our cows---a mix of Guernseys, Jerseys, Shorthorn, and Holsteins---graze on our certified organic farmlands and provide us with the milk and cream to make our own ice creams, butter, and cheese, using the best locally-sourced ingredients when possible. Our chickens enjoy foraging on those same organic lands. Stone milled organic heirloom and ancient grains and meals available.
