Owner operated and processed from seed to harvest all the way to the time we get your order and then fresh roast, bag and ship it to you! None of this process is done by other parties or "farmed out" it is all done here by us with the utmost of attention. We have built our farm using the best not easiest choice of processing equipment that is kind to the beans and environmentally kind as well using proven sound methods and practices we only discovered with months of research and consulting with actual Kona Coffee farmers who blazed the trail before us and taught us to carry on. We pick most of our coffee with our own hands (some friends help), and that personal hands on attention continues each day, and for the months it takes for every cup of coffee you drink -- which by the way is the same we drink and cherish at our own table! We are committed to the land, the environment, the product and to each customer that we want to consider our products as exceeding good and reaching for the top! Thank you for helping the tradition of 100% Kona Coffee continue to impress and comfort the world! Mahalo! (Our Organic Certification is PENDING and expected soon!) Schedule and Location:

We grow enough coffee to supply it to our customers all year. All our coffee once processed is stored in climate controlled rooms which we monitor continuously. Then upon order the stored coffee is hulled to green bean state and then at once it is roasted and bagged, and shipped out fresh to you in air valve bags (2 oz. sample bags do not have the air valves).

No pesticides, chlorine or other chemicals are used anywhere on our property. We are surrounded by organic farms. All our coffee is pulped, fermented, & sun dried as Real Kona Coffee should be. We are smack in the prime "Kona Coffee Belt" which has consistently produced & won awards by many of our neighbor's farms -- this reputation we intend to live up to as well. Be one of the first to buy our coffee -- as we carry on the fine traditions to preserve 100% Kona Coffee on our Estate. Mahalo!
