1 whole pig, after saughter hanging weight will be approximately 120 lbs. the yield depends on how you have it butchered. (bone in, bone out, amount of sausage) It should yield aprox 80 to 110 lbs. Plus 5 chickens cut any way you like!! All of our animals are pastured on the farm and fed all natural foods.
