KYF Chicago

KYF Chicago (Know Your Food, Know Your Farmer) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating food consumers and connecting them with local food sources. We focus on the West and Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Todays food consumers are overwhelmed with information and options; KYF Chicago provides resources so people can make better food choices. KYF Chicago offers classes, hosts movie screenings, and coordinates events and farm tours. We connect food consumers to local food sources by maintaining a comprehensive database and hosting events where people meet local farmers.
