In 2002, Pati Jacobs took over her family's ranch in Bastrop, Tx and transformed it into a source for healthy and delicious beef through sustainable and regenerative practices. There are no chemicals, herbicides or pesticides used on the pasture ever. The herd is never fed corn or grain, only the natural prairie grass. To limit the environmental impact, the herd does rotational grazing to ensure that the soil remains healthy. Lastly, Pati has been selectively breeding a custom hybrid of 7 different breeds of cattle over the last decade to create a cow that can adapt to Central Texas' ever changing environment.
The result of all of these combined efforts is a grass-fed beef with a beautiful mild grassy flavor and delicate texture
We sell custom cut half and whole cows with an average turnaround of 3-4 weeks. We also sell combination boxes that can be shipped directly to your door.
