Serving families in Central and S. Central Texas since 2006, Chisholm Cattle Company is your convenient source for tasty, natural Wagyu beef. To keep our prices as low as possible, we sell in bulk by the share--directly from our ranch to your freezer. We facilitate the processing and make deliveries to various pickup locations throughout the area.
One share produces about 90 pounds of delicious steaks, roasts, hamburger & stew meat--all vacuum sealed and labeled. The meat is dry aged for 21 days for enhanced flavor and tenderness.
