Struthoff Ranch Beef is USDA-inspected, Certified Texas Longhorn beef. Our animals are grass-fed, pasture-raised, and receive no hormones and no antibiotics. Our cattle roam freely in the pasture and are grass (forage) fed for their entire lifetime. All of our animals are bred, born, and raised on our ranch in the Texas Hill Country just north of San Antonio until taken to one of three USDA processing facilities. Our ranch is located between Bulverde, New Braunfels, and San Antonio, Texas. We are member of the Go Texan community and are a locally farmed Texas Agriculture Product. You can purchase a little as 1 pound of ground beef all the way to an entire animal. We have Bone-in Ribeye, T-Bone, Tenderloin Fillets, New York Strip, Ground Beef, Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, Ribs, Sirloin, Skirt Steak, Cheek, Heart, Liver, Tongue, Brisket, Shank (Osso Buco), Chili Meat, Stew Meat, Flat Iron Steak, Knuckle Bones, Canoe Bones, and much more.
