Lake Effect Honey

We produce Local Raw Honey from local bees that do not pollinate crops, and do not travel to different states. We try to limit our bees exposure to herbicides and pesticides. Our honey is run through a coarse strainer to remove debris and bee-bits, but leave in all of the pollen and nutrients. We bottle in small batches, so please call first so we have some honey ready for you.
