We raise Registered Black Angus Beef for local families and offer adopt a calf programs to help offset the high costs of beef. We sell on the hoof in quarters, halves and eights depending on the needs of the customers. To join our Adopt A Calf program be sure to inquire before the end of each year as we can only hold back the animals spoken for. Our Grass Fed Angus never leave our Ben Hur Valley and there fore have no need for antibiotics as they are not shipping stressed. We wean with mothers being able to have nose to nose contact again alleviating stress and a gentler kinder way of life. Our calves are not branded but rather ear tagged and banded. No implants. All Natural. This year we are aiming for CAB certified status which certifies us for Ribeye and marbling levels.
