Squatters Pub Brewery opened in 1989. Salt Lake City's first brew pub. We source local and organic food and serve high quality and fresh ingredients on our full menu of delicious dishes from appetizer to desserts. The foods pair well with a delicious variety of locally brewed Squatters, Wasatch and Salt Lake Brewing Co. beers on tap, or a mixed drink from a full bar.
We are also environmentally focused, implementing a Zero Food Waste Program, recycling (including glass) that diverts 12+ tons of recyclables from landfills annually, using low-water dishwashers and waterless urinals and collecting fryer grease to be converted to biodiesel.
