The Grand Oak Steakhouse & Bar is a Fine Dining Restaurant on the grounds of the historic Highland Springs Resort located in the foothills of the San Bernadino Mountains. Chef Stefan Weck and his crew make it their mission to prepare everything on the menu fresh and from scratch every day. We bake our own bread, cut and grind naturally raised, high quality meats and prepare everything fresh every day. The Restaurant tries to incorporate as many local ingredients as possible, from local farmers or even our own certified Organic Farm (Lamb-meat and free-range, soy-free eggs). We offer fresh squeezed local Orange and Grapefruit Juices and homemade Marmalades and Sherbets, Oils, Vinegars and Sugars... Besides steaks we offer a wide variety of mediterranean and german influenced dishes, including fish, organic lamb, salads, pasta, vegetarian and seasonal options in a monthly changing menu... Our Dessert Chef Manuel learned in some of the best restaurants in Germany and will always have a surprise for you on hand! For Vegan or special health options please inquire beforehand...
