Changing Lives, One Meal at a Time. In our search for healthier food for our family, we started sharing what we grew for ourselves and this is the fruit of that start.

Pastured Heritage Hereford/Charolais Beef, Berkshire pork, and Cornish chicken have hundreds of acres of organically fertilized lush native grass stands in the beautiful St. Lawrence River valley to roam as they please. Our meat is tender with wonderful flavor that can be cooked and eaten as is or marinated with your special recipe.

8 O'clock Ranch is family owned and we work with several other farms locally to bring you the very best. Our goal is customer loyalty, we want repeat satisfied patrons who love our beef, pork, poultry, maple syrup and more as much as we do!
