We raise shiitake mushrooms without chemicals on oak logs selectively harvested from our forest; contact us if you'd like to buy some fresh ($6 per half pound) or dried ($4 per half oz). We participate in the Grandin Village Farmer's Market every other Saturday in Roanoke and occasionally the Botetourt Farmers Market in Daleville. We have many other varieties in cultivation for 2019. We also produce blue, green, white, light and dark brown eggs laid by pasture raised chickens. Pasture raised eggs are healthier for you in many ways. Our birds also get GMO-free feed to supplement. In 2018 we started producing cold process vegetable soap made with only natural colorants and essential oils. We use as many farm-grown botanicals as possible.
