Liberty Acres Farm, LLC

Liberty Acres Farm is a small, sustainable, diversified farm modeled after Polyface Farms. We proudly raise chickens, pigs, turkeys, and lamb using rotational grazing methods. We never use antibiotics, hormones, steroids, pesticides, or herbicides. Our animals are raised on pasture and frequently rotated to fresh grass. We use nonGMO supplemental feed from a local mill. Our broiler chickens reside in protective housing and are moved daily. The birds are processed on farm. Available: whole chickens, nine different cuts, bones, and ground. Our pigs are raised in large paddocks.. They are moved to new paddocks as needed. They are processed at a small, family owned, local, USDA inspected facility. Available:17 cuts including nitrate free smoked products, and 7 varieties of sausage. Our turkeys, like our broilers are in movable housing to protect from predators and are moved daily to fresh grass. They are processed on farm and are available year round, whole, cuts or ground. Our lambs are rotationally grazed and are 100% grass fed. Retail cuts of lamb are available in the late fall into the spring. Eggs come from our pasture raised laying flock. Fresh eggs are collected daily from our mobile hen house. They are moved to fresh pasture at least once a week.
