"Beyond organic" is the best way to describe our small Family Farm. We specialize in grassfed & finished beef (angus/beefmaster)that is dry-aged; dairy & meat goats; culinary & medicinal herbs; honey; poultry Our heritage breed chickens are free-range, providing eggs and meat. Our bees help pollinate the many wild and cultivated herbs. Herbal teas, spice mixes, jams, syrups & extracts are some of our home crafted products waiting for you! Wildcrafted goodies available in season![b/] Spring brings violet syrup. Summer has berries while the fall provides chestnuts, walnuts, pears etc. Small classes on the use of herbs, canning & cheesemaking. All ages welcome! Herbal health consultations upon request.
