Melody Springs Farm

Melody Springs Farm is a family-owned / operated beef farm located in the northwestern corner of beautiful Schoharie County, NY. We offer 100% grass-fed and finished Hereford and Hereford / Angus beef from cattle raised in an entirely natural setting. Our cows are never injected with hormones or antibiotics and are allowed to rotationally graze in a stress-free environment the way nature intended.
The beef is sold in whole animal, half, or split side. This is a more economical way to buy clean, natural meat at wholesale prices. A deposit is required. Beef is available for the customer generally in the Fall, although some Spring harvesting is also possible.
We also offer brown eggs from pastured Rhode Island Reds and raise free-ranging pastured chickens for meat. Place your order for meat chickens April through June to be ready June through September.
