Windecker's Grassy Knoll Beef

Our 4th generation Dairy of Distinction Registered Holstein Dairy Farm is located in the rolling hills of the beautiful Mohawk Valley. We grow most of our crops to feed our 100 dairy cows and 100 youngstock. We have recently started diversifying our farm products by selling our "grassy knoll" beef so consumers know where their local food is coming from and who is producing it. The meat is 90% lean with immense flavor due to local processing that ages the beef for a robust flavor that is extremely tender.
