Living the Dream Farm & Ranch, LLC offers 100% Grass-fed and finished Angus beef. In 2015, we purchased our farm to fulfill a "dream" of raising livestock in a humane, sustainable manner utilizing the best environmentally responsible practices. The use of rotational grazing involves dividing the land into smaller pastures and then moving our animals frequently (every 3-5 days). The beef are free to roam and feast on fresh-high quality grass during the growing season. In the off season they are provided with grass hay either in the "hay wagon" in the pasture or at a covered, open air sheltered area. The 10-12 month old beef are purchased yearly from a neighboring ranch where we continue to provide them forage until ready for market between 24-30 months. This allows us to have 2 animals ready for market every quarter.
We use a USDA Certified processing facility located in Mt. Angel, OR and pleased to offer a variety of cuts that come flashed frozen and vacuum packed with custom labeling denoting the cut/weight. We have beef available for purchase where you can choose from "a la carte" items to 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 to whole (we offer free delivery services in the local public area).
