The Steel Fork

We raise livestock on a small, hilltop farm in Pennsylvania. We maintain a small herd of Jersey dairy cows, mixed beef cows and Berkshire pigs. Our current specialty is our Whole Hog Sausage made with our Berkshire pigs raised in a woodsy pasture. All of our animals are almost exclusively grazed and fed small amounts of locally produced grain. We also create functional and sculptural metal works using recycled farm machinery [Gatski Metal]. We are now bringing together all of our passions for farm, food and design at The Steel Fork, an online store.
