We are a small 6-acre family farm working to care for the soil, air and water as we farm. Our two main products are (chicken) eggs and beef. Our hens are free range, and we use non GMO locally produced layer feed. Our cattle are grass fed, no hormones, and no grain. We try to select breeds and animals that are more hardy, do well on pasture and are generally low maintenance.
We have beef shares available once per year, and our animals are approximately 2 years old when they are butchered. Our egg supply fluctuates with the seasons, and tapers off between November - January.
