B&E Mushrooms

We are a family owned producer of gourmet Oyster mushrooms. We operate on a small scale and produce our mushrooms year round. We have been improving our practices over the last few years to produce small crops of high quality Oyster mushrooms on a year round basis. We grow our mushrooms using natural substrates and coffee substrates for our higher quality mushrooms. We never use chemicals and all cultivation practices are closely monitored to ensure the highest quality.
