Earthwise Garlic

Earthwise Garlic is a family farm in Coburg, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We grow six heirloom seed garlic varieties using organic methods and certified organic inputs — no synthetic pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers. We hold an Oregon Department of Agriculture nursery license, and our seed stock is inspected annually by the ODA.

We grow four hardneck varieties: Music (Porcelain), Ukrainian Red (Rocambole), Georgian Fire (Porcelain), and Donostia Red (Creole). We also grow two softneck varieties: Inchelium Red (Artichoke) and Lorz Italian (Artichoke). All six are well-suited to Pacific Northwest growing conditions. We sell by the quarter pound, half pound, and pound, with variety packs available for growers who want to trial multiple types.

All seed garlic ships in September for fall planting. We ship nationwide, with some restrictions in certain Idaho counties due to state plant quarantine rules. Orders are available as presale through our online shop at shop.earthwisegarlic.com.
