Our Vermont family farm raises organic berries and purebred Icelandic sheep for top-quality heritage breedstock, all-natural grass-fed meat, beautiful yarns in natural colors, blankets, and sheepskins. Our flock and land reflect over a decade of careful breeding, organic land management, and rotational grazing. We sell rams and ewes for breeding stock in spring and fall. We sell our gourmet lamb cuts from Thanksgiving to Easter, at the farm or by mail order. Sheepskins, raw wool, blankets and yarn are available year-round.
We also grow certified organic highbush blueberries. They can be picked or purchased at our farmstand June-September, along with other small fruits, eggs, produce, and value-added products.
We welcome visitors to the farm from June-October. We also run workshops and classes throughout the spring, summer and fall. Our educational non-profit, Center for Whole Communities is also based at our farm. Check out our website www.knollfarm.org for more information.
