Deep Hollow Forest Farm

We are a seasonal mushroom farm cultivating mushrooms outdoors under a natural Forest canopy. New for 2019 we are offering a mushroom CSA available for pickup in Harrisburg, PA and Halifax, PA. Our mushrooms are also available to restaurants and at farmers markets. We specialize in log grown shiitake mushrooms and also grow oyster mushrooms on local organic straw. We are experimenting with many new varieties. In addition I am certified as a wild mushroom forager and have wild mushrooms available seasonally
