Long Table Farmstead

Long Table Farmstead is a small farm tucked into the mountains of Lyons, CO. We produce pasture-raised chicken, eggs, turkey, lamb, and pork.
Our chickens and turkeys are moved to new pasture each day and they are given a non-GMO feed to supplement the bugs and grass they eat all day. We sell our chicken whole and frozen on the farm by appointment.
Our turkey is raised the same as our chickens, but we only do one batch, ready the week of Thanksgiving. Generally our turkeys reserve up by September, so please check our website www.longtablefarmstead.com for availability.
Our lamb is 100% grass-fed/finished and intensively rotationally grazed using electric fences. We sell lamb by the half and whole.
Our pigs are raised on brewers' grains, pasture, food scraps, and a non-GMO feed. We sell pork by the half and whole as well.
