M2 Ingredients is located in San Marcos in north San Diego County in southern California. We cultivate and process 10 species of medicinal mushroom (Cordyceps, Reishi, Agaricus blazei, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Shiitake, Lion's Mane, King Trumpet, Beech, and Antrodia camphorata) mycelial biomass utilizing a proprietary Solid State Fermentation methodology on organic grain (oats) for dietary supplement and functional food applications. We also process (dehydrate) organic Maitake, King Trumpet and Beech mushroom fruit bodies produced at an adjacent organic mushroom farm. The products are "Product of USA" (California) and are Certified 100% Organic. These dehydrated and finely milled mushroom products are sold wholesale in bulk as dietary supplement ingredients to manufacturers and are also sold on our website as retail formulations for human, equine and pet applications.
