Howdy Folks. We are Shelley and Scotty McKissack, Mac Ranch.
Mac Ranch is a Female Veteran Owned Business who could not survive with out the love and support of her hubby and community.

We are a small Farm-to-table operations that offers QUALITY Beef (Beefmasters and Angus), Pork (Bluebutt Berk Hamp Cross), Goat(Boer), and Lamb (Dorper, and Suffolk and Crosses) grown right here on the ranch, in South West, New Mexico. We love our animals and it shows!!

Our animals are raised in a humane environment and well fed and cared for. Our products are professionally processed, cut to your specifications, and vacuumed wrapped. On our Beef and Pork, you have the option of Whole, Half, or Quarter and Goats and Lambs are sold whole. (All orders require a deposit. Deposits vary with orders).

Your product is delivered straight from the processor and we can deliver anywhere within a 80 mile radius of the processor for .50 cents a mile.

There is an automatic fee for handling as this covers our time to deliver the animal and pick up the meat.

We also offer live animal sales so you can process the animal yourself, or take it to your fav processor!
