Madre Gaia Organics is a small indoor microgreens farm serving Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and surrounding communities. We grow fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens year-round in a carefully controlled indoor environment, allowing us to provide consistent quality regardless of the season. Every crop is cultivated with close attention to cleanliness, plant health, flavor, and freshness.
Our current selection includes sunflower, pea shoots, broccoli, arugula, and our signature Crunchy Micro Mix, made with pea shoots, sunflower, and purple radish. As the farm grows, we plan to introduce additional specialty varieties, colorful chef-focused mixes, custom-grown crops by request, and live microgreen trays for restaurants and other local customers.
Madre Gaia Organics supplies individuals, families, restaurants, cafés, retailers, and community organizations. Our microgreens are harvested, packaged, and delivered locally with the goal of making fresh, nutrient-rich food more accessible throughout the Spokane area. With more than 15 years of farming experience, we are building the farm around dependable service, responsible growing practices, and strong relationships with the people and businesses we serve.
