We raise cattle from birth to process and maintain a closed herd so the complete history of what went into the meat is known: Grazing on native grass year round with added hay as needed to keep cattle "on the gain". Animals with consistent nutrition taste best. Contact us for delivery of individual cuts to whole beef.
