We are breeders of Fullblood Fleckvieh Simmental Cattle whose origin is Bavaria Germany where they are used as dual purpose cow (Milk/Beef). Our cattle roam our grass pastures 9 month of the year, for 3 months of winter they eat home grown hay and haylage. No steriods or hormones used. Home grown grass fed beef available year round by custom order whole,1/2 or 1/4 available. Processed at Jerome Country Market, Jerome Michigan
