CSA: Markegard Family Grass-Fed

Weights will not be determined until pick up date. This depends on the size of the animal. Price includes cutting, wrapping and freezing. Meat will come in standard cuts, wrapped individually. Meat will come fully frozen. The date of delivery depends upon the season. We will harvest the beef when they have the maximum nutrients from the forage. This will most likely be between June and August. You will be notified in advance of delivery, to give you time to make arrangements for pick up.
