Our three greenhouses have already been planted with our first group of production, which includes: tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, zucchinis, beets, carrots, chard, basil, bell peppers, and eggplants. One of our cold frames is full of gourmet lettuces, spinach, radishes, kale, carrots, and cilantro. Three more cold frames will soon be filled with more vegetables for subsection planting. Two acres of healthy soil is being prepared for the summer and fall production like melons, summer and winter squashes, sweet potatoes, potatoes, onions, bush beans, peas, corn, broccoli, cauliflowers, brussels sprouts, cabbages, parsnips, turnips, etc. Our area for custom-blended micro-green production is starting up again. Last but not least, we are propagating more perennials such as asparagus, rhubarb, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, grapes, and more!
For the people who like to can and freeze, we have a tradition in our CSA program, each season we give away a bushel of any veggie or fruit that we overproduce, just need to put your name on the list.
And as you know our produce is 100% pesticide, chemical, and GMO-free!
