The Master's Table Farm Market is a pilot project creating a Senior Farmers' Market
Nutrition Program (SFMNP) for the Connecticut Department of Agriculture. At the end of this pilot project, The Connecticut Department of Agriculture will own a complete Master's Table Farm Market Program & Training Guide for incorporation and implementation throughout the state of Connecticut. Chef Emily Brooks will be on hand to assist the Department of Agriculture in training and implementing this program into other agencies, farm markets, and Senior Centers. The Master's Table Farm Market Program & Training Guide containing all of the aspects of the Master's Table Farm Market SFMNP will be completed by November 1, 2008, and will be presented to the Department of Agriculture.
