Manufacturer of award-winning premium value-added farm product, using locally grown exotic tropical fruit. Product lines include: Maui Fruit Jewels Exotic Fruit Jellies and Hawaii Fruit Paste by Maui Fruit Jewels. Exotic Fruit Jellies are inspired by French confection "pates de fruits". Hawaii Fruit Paste is best paired with artisan cheese with crackers or served on cheese board. Over 50% of the ingredients are locally grown fruit, herbs, spices or wines. Other ingredients are organic cane sugar, glucose, pectin, water, citric acid. Honors and accolades include 2018 Good Food Awards, 2014 sofi(Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation) Silver Award by the Specialty Food Association, 2015 and 2016 Finalists for Best Product from Hawaii Food Manufacturers Association. Business was founded in 2012 by husband-wife team: Lin ter Horst, who holds a diploma in patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu London, MBA from Columbia Business School, and Chris ter Horst, a native of The Netherlands with a background in industrial engineering.
