Participation Terms and Conditions Our 20-week CSA season is May 9th through September 27th By signing up for the CSA, you are committing to the entire 20-week season. If you are unable to pick up your weekly box you may send a friend or neighbor to pick it up for you. MFN must be notified of any changes at least one day before the scheduled pick-up. If it is not picked up without advance notice, we will redistribute your produce and you will forfeit the box for that week. The box will be filled with a variety of fruits and vegetables according to availability. CSA Members enjoy the bounty but also the risk of the farming season. All produce is subject to availability and may vary according to climate factors and not guaranteed. The items in each weekly box will be the freshest and best quality available and picked and packed carefully. Mayfield Farm and Nursery reserves the right to obtain produce from other local farmers if we experience unpredictable loss due to unforeseen weather conditions.
