Shetland sheep wool.
We offer beautiful soft and lustrous yarn, roving and raw fleeces from a small flock of Shetland sheep. The wool is naturally colored and is available in various shades of greys, browns, white and black. Yarn is commercially processed and spun as 2-ply, 200 yd skeins in DK weight (slightly finer than worsted weight). Two-ply lace weight yarn is also available in white only. Hand spun yarn is occasionally available. Skeins, roving or fleece can be dyed on request for an additional fee.
