Nestled in the Foothills of Boulder County and irrigated by Rocky Mountain snowmelt, McCauley Family Farms is a whole-farm ecosystem that nourishes people and planet. We are a Certified Organic farm offering 80-100 varieties of organic produce for the Farmer's Markets, restaurants, and gourmet value-added goods. In our holistically managed pastures, we raise truly pastured chicken for meat and eggs, as well as lamb and heritage pork. In our perennial gardens, we grow culinary and medicinal herbs. We preserve the harvest from our farm and our neighbors' farms with pickles and fermentation. We host events, give farm tours, and welcome volunteers and interns. To be truly sustainable, we have to be regenerative. We regenerate grasslands with how we manage our animals. We believe this is one of the best ways to fight climate change, by sequestering carbon in the soil. It certainly is the most delicious way to cool the planet. Our pastured chicken is the most delicious chicken you will find.
