McCormick Cattle Company is a small family owned operation in Wyoming County, NY. We have a small herd of White Park Beef Cattle and they are completely grass fed and grass finished. Our steers are born on our farm and we are able to control every aspect of care to assure the best quality product. Our cows are raised in a humane and sustainable manner, with animals born and raised on pasture and in winter months on hay we grow on site.
