We do lower sugar jams and jellies and some pickled items. We do it for a living here, and work hard to get flavor in the product.
Kentucky (Cowboy) Candy, Apple Pie Bourbon Jam, Peach, Strawberry, heck we even do a lemon jelly that tastes like those old school lemon drop candies from the 1970s.

Honor pay, but if you need help, just give a honk, chances we're here. Also see us at the Murray, Paducah farmers markets on Saturdays, and Wednesdays in Cadiz, KY during the season. Directions:
