McGarva Ranch specializes in regenerative hay and pasture. Organic dairy heifers are pastured from May - Sept as well as a small number of beef cattle. Hogs, sheep, goats and poultry are pastured year round.
Finished beef, hogs, and lamb are marketed as whole, 1/2's, or 1/4's through our local custom processing plant. A small number of free-range turkeys and chickens are produced each year for our local market. Produce from our market garden is available seasonally. McGarva Ranch is composting all wastes, which closes the loop and creates top quality amendments for our pastures.
