Diamond F Brand Beef offers 100% grass fed beef from the historic McNeil Ranch, in Colorado's San Luis Valley, which has been in the McNeil family since 1897. Our grass fed beef is free of added hormones and antibiotics. Our pastures and meadows have always been free of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. For many years we maintained organic certification until it became prohibitively expensive so we dropped the certification but our practices remain the same. Our cattle are all treated humanely, with love and gratitude, and are always handled with low stress livestock handling techniques. Cattle graze on pastures and meadows and are never finished in confinement. We take our stewardship seriously and have won numerous state and national conservation awards. McNeil Ranch is protected in perpetuity with conservation easements.
