Shares include: once-a-week distribution of fresh produce opportunity to buy additional produce at our farm stand at pick-up time
A sample of what produce to expect
In July, a single share may get in a week:
1 bag of lettuce or spring mix 1 pound zucchini and yellow squash ¾ pound sweet peas 1 bunch baby turnips or beets 1 bunch radishes ½ pound green onions 1 bunch broccoli 1 head cabbage or kale
In September, a single share may get in a week:
½ dozen sweet corn 1 ½ pounds tomatoes 1 or 2 cucumbers 2-3 red or green peppers 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes 1-2 eggplant 1 native muskmelon or cantelope in-season fruit (e.g., pears, peaches)
Pick-Up
You will be expected to pick up your produce at our farm stand near 364 Boyd's Lane, Portsmouth, RI (just off Rte. 24), 'under the tent', on Thursdays or Fridays between 4 and 6:45 p.m. You must choose one pick-up day for the whole season. The first pick-up date of the 2013 season is July 13th. The last pick-up date of the season is October 23rd.

This is the second season for our CSA. We are expanding the number of weeks for our CSA, although our price per week remains the same. We have also added an option to contribute towards a share for a local soup kitchen or food pantry. As part of our Community Supported Agriculture option (CSA), you may purchase a share of our farm's harvest in the spring.
